alternating design in ms paint
Today we're going to mix it up and do some projects that are more artistic than last week.
Follow the directions step-by-step and you should be fine.
PRINT PREVIEW!
1. Open a file in MS Paint
2. Use rectangle tool to draw a border around your empty page.
3. Now use the various drawing tools to draw at least 15-20 shapes. Make sure you do not overlap them. They can be completely inside another shape, but not overlapping.
4. Use the "line" tool to draw straight vertical lines from the top to the bottom of your paper. Make sure you start a little above your border and end up a little below your border.
5. Choose two colors from the "fill" tool. Fill in each section of your drawing with alternating designs. For example, in one section make the shapes BLUE and the background RED. In the next section, reverse it so that the shapes are RED and the background is BLUE.
6. Erase the overlaps above and below your border. You may need to zoom in to make it easier.
7. Before you print, go to "File"..."page setup"....and uncheck the boxes for "Centering vertical" and "centering horizontal." Make sure it's printing "1 to 1" pages.
8. Print preview....and print! It should only be one page.
